In the Japanese film from 1977 Ningen No Shomei (also known as "Proof of the man") appears an actress playing a minor speaking role who is credited only as "シェリー" (Shelly/Sherry/Cherie?) in katakana. Sherii seems to speak Japanese like a native. According to movie.goo.ne.jp, Sherii appeared in two other films. However, I can't find what her last name or even non-katakana first name is, where she is from, or anything else about her.
Sherii's part in "Ningen no Shomei" is from 19:30 to 20:20 on the DVD version.
