This is the theme music for the Yusaku Matsuda film Yomigaeru Kinro, which appears in the film in the penultimate scene as Asakura staggers through the airport. The title of the song on YouTube is given as "蘇える金狼のテーマ" (Theme from Yomigaeru Kinro) or "Changes in my life" but the song's title as far as I can find out is just "蘇える金狼" (Yomigaeru Kinro).
The singer, Yoko Maeno, who also appeared in a minor part as the secretary threatened with perjury by Kudo in Tantei Monogatari episode 14 ("The Melody of Revenge") of Tantei Monogatari TV series, suffered from alcoholism, and dropped out of the public eye, dying in 1988 at the age of forty from liver disease. Her death was only reported in the media two and a half years later, and the location of her grave is unknown.
