A broken air conditioner

This Fujitsu air conditioner broke last year.

Here is the circuit diagram inside the box:

Here is a picture showing the motor capacitors:

I don't know if the capacitors are broken or not, but it's nearly impossible to buy equivalent ones online.

Apparently (according to the brochure linked below) this air conditioner has a DC motor for a compressor. I'm not sure what kind of motor it actually has, I don't think that it can be a universal motor. The compressor is underneath the circuit, within what looks like insulating material.
