Trout in newspaper; pilchard failure; sashimi

Keith goes to a trout farm but we don't see the trout, but the owner, Caroline, cooks trout in newspaper and Keith and Caroline eat it together.

Next Keith goes on a fishing boat to catch pilchards, but despite having caught several tons the previous few nights, they catch only four. Keith cooks them on a gril but refuses to explain his methods.

Next Keith and a friend go to a Japanese restaurant in Bath and sample sashimi and teppanyaki. Keith delivers a lecture on the battle of the sexes.
