Keith rambles

It starts off with Keith cooking a pork dish he thinks Romans might have eaten, which his guest agrees isn't very good, and they end up throwing it away.

Next a variety of dishes at a college in Newcastle.

Then Keith cooks on a fishing boat using just-caught fish, one of whom seems to still be alive. Keith is extraordinarily vague about how to make his white sauce, so I guess you'll have to buy the book.

Smoked herrings being made, cooking a bird we're not told the name of, with a person who is only referred to be the first name.

In 2021, probably an average youtube cooking channel is an improvement on this.
