It's a film about female mental patients in the 1960s. There is Winona Ryder and Brittany Murphy, so these are all pretty mental patients. Angelina Jolie is in it too, but they've done something to make her look not so great.
Angelina Jolie is the chief troublemaker of the group, and at first it seems to be just high jinks, but then things turn very sour.
Whoopie Goldberg is the chief nurse. There are some "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" vibes about the mental hospital.
It's not a bad film, but I'm not really sure I saw what the point of telling us this story was. Where are we at the end of the film?
I wouldn't want to watch this again.
