This turned up on Netflix under "movies from the 1970s". It's a collection of pieces of film without any explanation on the screen of what is being shown. The pieces of film concern a funeral, soldiers or militiamen, tanks moving around, children's faces, etc.
Without any context or explanation it's not clear why the filmmaker shows us these scenes or what we're supposed to make of it.
