If someone set out to waste quantities of money by making a bad film on purpose, a film without any real story, consisting of totally and completely unappealing and uninteresting characters, would they actually be able to best "The Hateful Eight"?
It's not "so bad it's good", or "bad in a good way" or "has some good parts".
It's really, really, really bad, and there is nothing there to redeem it.
Appallingly bad dialogue, appallingly bad plot, all executed by highly professional actors and set decorators and cameramen and other technicians, presumably costing a huge amount to make.
