Keith Floyd and Rick Stein

First Keith fishes for scallops, then he shows how to prepare them, then he makes a butter-rich sauce and eats the scallops.

Next he goes to Paidstow and selects and cooks bass with Rick Stein, who shows Keith how to stuff the fish and then roast it in the oven. Rick complains about buying herbs and describes how he grows them himself due to the expense.

Keith and Rick consume the cooked fish on a table on a fishing boat. Again, Keith prepares a very butter-rich sauce for the fish.
