The acting is really bad, and the camera wobbles up and down incessantly, can't afford a tripod? Maybe pay for a cameraman who hasn't got "the shakes"?
Only a genius hacker who is in prison doing time can save the day!
Dialogue is as corny as you can imagine. Tedious rivalries, ridiculous computer talk.
