La Mancha to Madrid (29 September 1992)

Some cooking and drinking

Keith cooks some kind of potato and beef dish for grape pickers.

Then he cooks partridge in chocolate sauce for a Marquis.

Salt cod with chick peas, spinach, and potatoes in Toledo.

Finally Madrid, and Keith thinks that the best way to start the day is with a glass of red wine, followed by a glass of vermouth at 11, followed by rose wine for lunch, so it sort of seems like he might have a bit of a drinking problem.

At the end of the episode Keith makes some kind of dish involving croutons and fried eggs for the driver.
