It's a not-very-interesting story about the life of a man who goes around the USA firing people.
George Clooney seems unconvincing in this role. Anna Kendrick is beautiful and quite charming but again she doesn't seem to fit the role.
I can't recommend to watch this film since it is a little bit of a boring story about people that it is quite hard to care about.
Incidentally the job of firing people was also done in one episode of "King of the Hill" by Dale Gribble before he decided he preferred killing insects more than firing.
