Sicily (23 August 1994)

Zabione; pizza; baked fish; cous cous

Starts with Keith Floyd making a dessert called zabione.

Next he makes pizza dough and makes his own pizza as Italian chefs chuckle. He uses a pizza oven which he describes as at temperature "wood mark ten", maybe because he doesn't know how hot the oven is.

Then he walks into an ice cream bar, then a salt-making area, and he makes some salted fish, which he's never cooked before, and it goes wrong.

This is followed by fish soup with cous cous, then some sort of dish of peas, ham and chicken, cooked as he's crowded by Sicilians.
