It's an ever-so-slightly surreal thriller film about a motel owner who finds a peeping tom mirror in one of the bedrooms, and then gets involved in some murders.
There are slightly too many different things going on in the film and I would guess the people who made this would have liked to make a whole "Twin Peaks" style mini-series out of it.
Still it was quite tense I thought and not too bad.
