The dispute over the parking spot is silly, the person who is supposed to be Jerry and Kramer's old friend, but George has never heard of him, and he's calling Jerry a phoney behind his back is too ridiculous, and the person playing him really overacts and overdoes it.
What is the annoying bowl haircut child doing? Was it a part given to someone's kid?
This episode really flops for me, it doesn't go anywhere and it's annoying.
