You're supposed to care about all these robots which come to life in search of their creator, mysterious patterns on the scalp, robots gone crazy, etc.
But you know this is one of these interminable TV things that none of these "plot threads" will ever, ever, ever come to any conclusion, and half of them will be completely forgotten in future episodes.
I'm too jaded to watch another one of these things.
