George is a stable hand/jockey who is also a "horse whisperer" for a temperamental animal.
The usual pretty girl, tricky villains taking George for a fool, and George overcoming obstacles. Has a funny scene with an ice cream van, and a great child star, Ronald Stagg, who torments George with a pea shooter. He apparently only ever appeared in this one film.
