Keith cooks various dishes including almond soup, which he insists on pronouncing as AL-mond, with an L, except once where he forgets. It is powdered almonds in cold water with garlic and olive oil and really does not look at all appetising.
Keith cooks a "vegetarian" dish which consists of a stew of pears, pumpkins, the dreaded AL-monds, green beans, and so on. Keith assures us that it is lovely but it doesn't look great.
Keith visits a member of the Spanish nobility who cooks roast pork, a very rushed explanation and the results don't seem right somehow.
Keith rides on a motor scooter and looks at hotels and drinks a kind of cocktail. Keith is so keen to drink the cocktail it almost seems like alcohol dependency.
