Fish stew on a boat & paella in Bristol

Keith cooks a fish stew on a boat, then he makes paella with Chikako from episode 6.

During the fish stew Keith shows how to thicken it using flour and butter balled together called beurre manie, then he serves it to the captain, Billy.

After that Keith and Chikako make a paella with octopus, rabbit, chicken, and mussels. Keith details how to check mussels, how to prepare squid, etc.

Finally crab preparation.
