It lacks originality and there is nothing which involves the viewer. The plot makes zero sense.
It starts off with an attempt to kill the Denzel character Tobin Frost, who escapes by going into the US Embassy. He is then taken to a safe house to be interrogated. At the safe house, the same people who tried to kill him at the start of the movie then invade it and kill all the interrogators, but not Tobin Frost because they want him for information. Even though the film starts with the same people trying to kill him, even accidentally killing a person who resembles him. What?
Having failed to capture Tobin they then fire automatic weapons at the car he is in, in broad daylight in the middle of traffic. Even though most of them end up being killed they never relent in the attack.
Tobin then tries to kill the person who had got him out of the safe house.
It doesn't seem to be even trying to make sense.
Added to this, all the characters are one-dimensional walking cliches.
